Transfer news: Roma set to fight off interest from Manchester City and Manchester United to land Turkish teen sensation.

Image result for Basaksehir Cengiz UnderRoma are reportedly close to completing a deal for teen sensation Cengiz Under. At just 19, the forward has impressed with his displays in the Turkish Super Lig for Basaksehir and is now attracting attention from several clubs including Tottenham's £8million bidManchester United are keeping tabs on the youngster, while it was recently claimed Manchester City had sent a delegation to Turkey to lay the groundwork for a transfer.

However, according to TuttoMercato, it is Roma who are now in pole position to sign Under. The Italian giants are closing in on the Turkey international, though no details of the potential deal have yet emerged. Under's agent went on the record in July stating that he feels it would be best for his client to remain in Turkey with Basaksehir for a further year. The forward, who has been dubbed the 'Turkish Paulo Dybala', has enjoyed a rapid rise over the last year and scored his first senior goal for Turkey against Moldova in March.
