Barca to step up Philippe Coutinho pursuit with £80m bid. Barcelona won't let up in their pursuit of Liverpool's attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho this summer. The Spanish giants had an initial bid of £72m turned down by the Anfield club last week but have not turned their back on the Brazilian. Instead, Barca directors are said to have returned to London yesterday, according to Spanish newspaper Sport, in order to continue talks with the player's representatives and Liverpool officials. And the article adds that despite Liverpool's insistence they will not sell Coutinho, it is believed they will sell for a "good transfer figure".That figure could well be in the region of £80m, report the Daily Star.Coutinho signed a new five-year deal worth £8m a year at Liverpool back in January, but Barcelona are refusing to give up on the Brazilian. Chelsea are reportedly closing in on the signing of Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for £65million. The Blues have been active in the transfer market thus far. Yesterday they completed the signing of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco to go alongside fellow new arrivals in Willy Caballero and central defender Antonio Rudiger. Now it would appear that manager Antonio Conte has turned his attentions to bolstering his striking options after missing out on Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United and informing Diego Costa that his services won’t be required for next season. Adnan Januzaj: Man Utd agree fee of about £9.8m with Real Sociedad Januzaj, 22, was told he could find another club this summer by United manager Jose Mourinho.He returned from an unsuccessful campaign on loan at Sunderland and was left out of Mourinho's squad for the pre-season tour of the United States. Januzaj, who has also had a stint on loan at Borussia Dortmund in 2015-16, is set to have a medical on Wednesday.Januzaj joined United from Anderlecht when he was 16 and broke into the first team in 2013 during David Moyes' ill-fated spell in charge. Deemed good enough to take Ryan Giggs' number 11 shirt, Januzaj signed a five-year contract extension that was not due to expire until 2018.Real Sociedad finished sixth in La Liga last season and will compete in the Europa League group stage in 2017-18.

Chelsea in talks to sign Real Madrid's Danilo. Chelsea are in talks over the signing of Real Madrid right-back Danilo, according to Sky sources.  Sources in Italy say the Brazilian is wanted as competition for Victor Moses, who was converted to a wing-back role during Antonio Conte's first season at Stamford Bridge. Danilo started 17 times in La Liga for champions Real last season, but Dani Carvajal was preferred for most big games including the Champions League final. Chelsea showed an interest in another Brazilian right-back, Dani Alves, earlier in the summer and have also been pursuing Juventus left-back Alex Sandro. Juventus are also in for Danilo after losing Alves to Paris Saint-Germain, and the 25-year-old is likely to cost around £28m.

Spurs could hijack Leicester’s move for Kelechi Iheanacho in order to speed up Kyle Walker’s move to Manchester City. Dani Alves transfer to PSG to be announced on Wednesday. Paris Saint-Germain are holding a news conference on today where it is expected they will announce they have signed Dani Alves.   The 34-year-old Brazilian is a free agent after leaving Juventus just a year after he joined the Serie A champions.  The right-back had been in talks to join Manchester City and is understood that the Etihad side will now re-double their efforts to sign Tottenham's Kyle Walker. City needed to sign full-backs this summer after Pep Guardiola decided not to renew the contracts of Pablo Zabaleta, Bacary Sagna and Gael Clichy. Alves moved to Italy on a free transfer from Barcelona last summer. He won the double in Italy last season and he helped Juventus reach the final of the Champions League where they lost 4-1 to Real Madrid. Transfer news: Roma set to fight off interest from Manchester City and Manchester United to land Turkish teen sensation. Roma are reportedly close to completing a deal for teen sensation Cengiz Under.  At just 19, the forward has impressed with his displays in the Turkish Super Lig for Basaksehir and is now attracting attention from several clubs including  Tottenham's £8million bid .  Manchester United are keeping tabs on the youngster, while it was recently claimed  Manchester City  had sent a delegation to Turkey to lay the groundwork for a transfer. CONFIRMED: AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma signs new four-year contract. Gianluigi Donnarumma has signed a new four-year contract with  AC Milan , the Serie A club have announced. The 18-year-old made his first-team debut in October 2015, and has gone on to establish himself as one of the best young goalkeepers in world football. A string of exceptional performances have seen him linked to such European giants as Manchester United and Real Madrid, and on June 15 it was announced Donnarumma would not be extending his deal with Milan amid the interest. However, today it has been confirmed he has penned a new deal until the summer of 2021. Donnarumma's contract extension comes in what has been a busy summer for Milan, with five players signed on permanent deals and a further two brought to the San Siro on loan.

Sevilla to sign winger Vitolo, deal for Aston Villa's Amavi off - president. Sevilla have agreed a deal to keep winger Vitolo, but will not sign Aston Villa's Jordan Amavi, president Jose Castro confirmed on Monday. Reports had tipped Spain international Vitolo to join Atletico Madrid, despite a transfer ban until January. But Castro, speaking at the unveiling of new recruits Ever Banega and Guido Pizarro, confirmed the 27-year-old former Las Palmas man would remain at the club. The Gunners have had bids of £30m and £40m turned down but they are prepared to beat their old transfer record again. Liverpool Football Club can announce the signing of Dominic Solanke. The 19-year-old, who will take the No.29 shirt, joins the Reds following the expiration of his contract with Chelsea. Solanke has put the finishing touches to his switch to Anfield in time to join the early stages of preparations for the 2017-18 campaign. The striker told Liverpoolfc.com: “It feels amazing and everyone has made me feel welcome already. “Even just pulling on the training top, I was over the moon. Douglas Costa to Juventus done. Sky Italia is reporting that Juventus have a deal for Douglas Costa, and he should arrive for his medical on Wednesday. The Bianconeri have been in talks for the Brazilian since May, but there has been an acceleration in recent days. Bayern Munich confirmed yesterday that a deal was close, with reports that evening that general manager Giuseppe Marotta will be in Germany today to finalise the deal. Now Sky is reporting that the two clubs have agreed a deal for the winger, based on a €6m loan with a €40m obligation to buy. Douglas Costa had already agreed a deal with Juventus, so he should take his medical in Turin on Wednesday. Sky reiterates that Marotta will be in Germany today, along with intermediary Giovanni Branchini.
